Cheaper IT

Trying to save money in the IT world is often false economy. Let’s face it there is no point in comparing Apples and Oranges if your making Lemonade is there?
To compare one support contact to another isn’t just a matter of being able to read its a matter of understanding what your company requirements really are and your goals in the future. Not knowing this you won’t be acting in your own best interests and its quite naive to think an outsourced company will fill this gap.
This is why we are independent, why we don’t sell products, we won’t work for your competition and we pride ourselves in being an agile IT company with modern thinking, this formula make for an equation of professionally minded imperial advice.
Regardless of what you’re paying for your current IT Support contract ask yourself this, are they doing the best for your company? Are they delivering on their promises? Do they show pro-activeness towards your company? Do they share reports and help grow your team’s knowledge? If yes, then cost cutting will probably not be an issue for you.
If however they aren’t then you do have an issue, despite the perception, technology is quite reliable and is ever changing, by 2015 everything you know about technology today might not be applicable anymore. Think batteries that use oxygen to sustain a charge, think true connectivity everywhere, think real holograms, think artificial intelligence that actually has some form of intelligent thinking.
