Windows 7 any good?

Wrong question. You should be asking do Microsoft’s products in general suit me or my business? We do not lean in any particular direction in terms of technology and providers as long as it reliable and suits the purpose, cost and other considerations represent a smaller worry. Our priority is freedom of movement with software, hardware and licensing we personally don’t like apple’s non core products, for over controlling corporate issues and not actual product issues.
Manufactures know it’s not about having the best product as much as it’s having the product that suits the occasion and trend. Look at disposable goods, let’s say a camera, disposable cameras were popular until cheap digital cameras flooded the market. Picture quality all of a sudden doesn’t matter as much as convenience. Plasma’s and LCD’s picture quality was much worse than bog standard tube TV’s, however, there newness and trendy look got them in the door.
The secret of technology is find the balance then get the best marketing and advertisements money can buy then sit back and wait for the acquisitions.
